Carpet, hybrid vinyl plank, or floating timber. Any room or whole property. Sub supplies and installs — we scope and coordinate.

Interior Refresh

$6,000 – $14,000

Flooring plus interior painting, blinds, and hardware refresh. Natural package for prestige homes preparing for sale or lifestyle upgrade.

Full Property Refresh

$10,000 – $25,000

Complete interior and exterior coordination — flooring, painting, blinds, hardware, exterior painting, and pressure washing.

Pre-Sale Premium Package

$15,000 – $35,000

Full interior and exterior refresh plus staging and styling coordination. For prestige properties where presentation is everything before listing.

Eleva Refresh covers flooring (carpet, hybrid vinyl plank, floating timber), interior painting, blinds and window furnishings, hardware refresh (handles, tapware, fixtures), exterior painting, pressure washing, landscaping, and staging coordination. You can book a single service or a full property preparation — we scope everything at the on-site visit and quote on the spot.

We visit your property, walk through every room and the exterior, build the quote on the spot, and present it before we leave. If you're happy to proceed, you sign on the day. There are no vague ballparks followed by revised invoices — what you sign is what you pay. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

It depends on scope. A flooring install or interior paint can be completed in 2–5 days. A full property refresh — flooring, interior painting, exterior painting, and landscaping — typically runs 1–3 weeks. We'll give you a clear schedule at the quote stage so you can plan around it.

No. We coordinate access and manage every trade on your behalf. Renzo is on-site at the start and close of every job. You're involved at the quote and final walkthrough — everything in between is handled. We'll keep you updated throughout, but you won't need to be there.

Eleva Refresh is currently focused on Brisbane and surrounding areas including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Logan, and Ipswich. If you're outside these areas, get in touch — we assess each job on its merits.

Eleva Refresh is a fee-for-service model — you pay for the preparation work and keep all the proceeds from your sale. A Property Partnership is a joint venture model — we fund and manage everything at no upfront cost to you, and share in the profit above an agreed floor price at settlement. If you want to fund the work yourself and keep full control of the economics, Refresh is the right fit. If you'd prefer zero upfront exposure, Partnership may suit better.
